Take a Breath

Definitely not many words today but instead images from what was a beautiful and spirit-filling morning walk today. I read these words as part of a prayer after we returned home. These come from Padraig Ó Tuama’s book Being Here: Prayers for Curiosity, Justice and Love.
“Breathe in us just like you always do and renew us with every twilight with every morning with every encounter with every opportunity.”
This morning was one of those mornings. what I sometimes call a 360° Sunrise...(first image is a 360° panorama photo and you’ll also see today’s bench and a glimpse at the bush that I commented on last week). Take a breath and enjoy this morning.
