Some online/tech info for the day
Not a post of great depth today, but just a few tech related things that I have come across in the last few days.
The first is a great article about Facebook and privacy. While I am a rather addicted Facebook user and love the ways that I have been able to connect with people using it, there are some privacy issues related with Facebook that are important to be aware of. I have found a few of these to be very helpful for me. Some things to be aware of if you are just jumping onto Facebook or even if you have been using it for a long time.
The second item is a cool tool I came across last night (the site is still not working completely as it is being overloaded with users right now), but it is a way to turn your own handwriting into a Windows or Mac font for free. Yup, for free. All you do is print off the template sheet, write the letters and upload to the site. I will post a comparison of my real handwriting to how this comes out when its done.
