Slow Down. Get Closer. See More.
One of the things I love in photography is how there are things that can be seen only after the photograph is downloaded. This photo is one example of that. Our big magnolia tree is just starting to have a few blooms on it and when I took this photo with my macro lens, I only could see the water droplets themselves. But when I opened the photo up on my computer, I could see the path left from where the water had slowly been sliding down the side of the bloom.
Lesson for me? Slow down. Get closer. See more.
