I have been waiting for weeks to use this picture for the ending of Mark. This was a shot simply of some newly-growing grass in our front yard on morning with the dew still upon it. The picture spoke to me of a newness, a freshness, a beginning. It spoke of life growing. I love the line in this verse that the disciples were sent out to proclaim the imperishable message of eternal salvation. Imperishable. Something that will always stay fresh, green, alive, growing.
