Another bloom picture for today. Me and my boys and Scout took an early walk this morning around one of our favorite nature places. We went out because I was hoping for seeing their daffodils in full bloom. There were just the green sprouts poking out the last time I was there. As I saw daffodils blooming in many other places, I was expecting to see them today in full. However, when we started hiking I saw initially that it looked like only green stems once again. But as I walked, I noticed that here and there among all the green there were just a few blooms starting to poke out. Kind of like the bloom from Lent 20, there was an element of waiting to see what will be revealed but today it felt like there were these tiny bits of bright, beautiful yellow in the midst of the green stems and the brown leaves beneath. Felt like little bursts of light in the midst.
