Lent 05 - Celebrate

This may be a weird picture about celebration - it’s just a deer after all. But this deer is one who I have seen around town for several years now. It has one of its forelegs that was damaged at some point and it walks with quite a limp. A few years ago, she had a fawn and bedded it down in front of our house at one point and so whenever I see this deer along with the (not so anymore) little one, it gives me a bit of a smile that this deer keeps going along in spite of the damaged leg. A reason for me to celebrate this morning.
