Like you, I am mesmerized by RRohr's emails this week. Wonder and awe. Reverence jumped out at me and reminded me how I approach reading scripture out loud for the congregation. I am awe struck by the privilege. Your photos and video were awe inspiring. Those pictures depended on the water being perfectly still. Perfectly still. Perfectly still. Reverence. How were you able to leave that place? What a shame that you couldn't sit there until the vision began to change to what we expect to see. Leaving that place? Oh how I wish it was a slow departure like you shared. Alas, it was Scout seeing another dog coming toward us with their human and I needed to be sure Scout didn’t turn that space into a spur of the moment dog park.
