Glimpses from the Last Week

So I haven’t been able to be out for early long walks much over the last few weeks as Scout continues to recover from her surgery. We’ve done some very short (like .5 mile) loops around the harbor area and gratefully there have been some beautiful moments. So without further ado… some herons, an eagle, some sunrises, and then a different take on one of the benches…

The herons - I don’t know what it is with these herons but just love them.

Fitting this morning with the Olympics starting that I saw one of the eagles…this photo was just before it dived into the lake to get some breakfast…
