The flamingos reminds me of the bright blue gold macaw we owned. ( miss you, Ollie!)
I recently saw an interesting article about one of the most brilliant blue creatures on earth.. The South American Morpho butterfly The scales on their wings are arranged st precise angles , A concept known to scientists as " diffraction grating". This allows sunlight to bend so that only the color blue on the spectrum is visible. God must have been in a creative mood when He designed this species! ( incidentally, only the male Morphos are blue. The females are a drab brown)
I really enjoyed this "series". It inspired me to not just see but look for and behold. God's gifts are so numerous everywhere we look. But the act of looking for special moments and being open to being part of them has been amazing. Thanks for opening my eyes and. Camera lens.
