Advent Beauty 07 - Theo

I have a long history with this camel. 22 years in fact. She was bought as a decoration for outside the door of my dorm next-door-neighbor my first year in seminary. The origin of her name is too lengthy for an instagram post but she is simply known as Theo now. Theo came to us earlier this year when my friend moved from his house into an apartment. So she now lights the way into our house.

But even more so, she reminds me of the beauty and blessings of friendship over decades, life changes, moves, joys, trials, hopes, fun, and so much more.

So Theo still shines brightly but her light reminds me of the blessing of brothers and sisters God has brought into my life.
